Terms of service.

1. Who and what

vibecoding.rocks (the "Site") is operated by Brian N. Millar ("we", "us"). By using the Site — browsing, voting, commenting, subscribing, or submitting a project — you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Site.

2. The service

The Site publishes blog posts and a community showcase of vibecoded projects. Community features include project submissions, comments, votes and reports. All community content passes human review before publication, and we make no promise that anything submitted will be published.

3. Your content

• You keep all rights to content you submit (projects, comments). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, excerpt and promote it on the Site and on our official social channels, with attribution to the name you provided.
• You confirm your submissions are yours to share — no submitting other people's work as your own, and no content that infringes anyone's rights.
• You can ask us to remove your content at any time by emailing [email protected]; the licence above ends when it is removed.

4. House rules

Don't use the Site to:

• submit or link to malware, scams, or anything illegal;
• post spam, undisclosed advertising, or misleading claims (including claiming something was vibecoded when it wasn't);
• harass, threaten or demean anyone in comments;
• manipulate votes — by circumventing vote limits, automation, or coordinated brigading;
• abuse the report system to target legitimate listings;
• scrape at abusive volumes, probe for vulnerabilities, or otherwise interfere with the Site's operation.

5. Moderation

We review submissions, comments and reports by hand. We may decline, edit for formatting, unpublish or remove any content, and restrict access for anyone violating these terms — with or without notice. Reports are reviewed in good faith; filing a report doesn't guarantee removal.

6. Third-party links

Showcase listings and share buttons link to sites we don't control. We review listings at approval time, but we're not responsible for third-party content, and a listing is not an endorsement or a guarantee of safety. Use the report button if a link goes bad.

7. Our content

The Site's own articles, design and branding are ours. You're welcome to quote and link with attribution; wholesale republication requires permission.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We're a community showcase, not a vendor of the projects listed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or of projects linked from it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest revision, and continued use after a change means acceptance. We may suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time.

10. Governing law and contact
